1. Services and Offerings
Our services and events are designed to create collaborative, transformative experiences. We work closely with practitioners, artists, and community leaders to co-create workshops, events, and spiritual gatherings. These events are co-designed and co-led, and we reserve the right to modify event details to ensure alignment with our shared vision.
2. Limitations and Disclaimers
While we strive to offer accurate, helpful information, we cannot guarantee that all content provided through our site or at our events will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for any damages or disruptions that may arise from using our services or participating in events.
For entertainment purposes only: Any advice, intuitive insights, or guidance offered at our events or through our services is for entertainment and reflection. This information should not be construed as professional advice or as a basis for any significant decisions.
3. Intellectual Property and Media Release
- Media Release: By attending or co-creating an event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify us in advance.
- Intellectual Property: All content generated during events, including channelled information, meditation journeys, event creations, and unique expressions, is the sole intellectual property of The Gathering Place and Resonance Gallery. Unauthorized use of this content for commercial purposes is prohibited unless prior written permission is granted.
4. Payment, Deposits, and Refund Policy
- Deposits for Private Services: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure private sessions. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Refunds for Events: Refunds for event tickets will only be issued if the event is canceled by us. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the event or for attendees who are asked to leave for intoxication or disruptive behavior.
- Cash Payments at Events: We accept cash payments at the door for certain events. If an event is canceled after you’ve paid in cash, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.
5. Behavior and Safety
- No Drugs or Alcohol: We maintain a safe, sober environment. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted. Attendees who show up intoxicated will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates the spirit of our community guidelines. This includes refusal for inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or failure to adhere to event rules. No refunds will be provided in these cases.
- Children and Pet Policy: For events where children are permitted, a ticket must be purchased for each child. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.
- Event Access: Doors open 15 minutes before the event starts. No late entry will be permitted, and the doors will be locked once the event begins.
6. Parking Policy
Parking is available in the back lot. All vehicles must be vacated immediately after the event. Cars may not be left on the property overnight or used for extended parking for other activities.
7. Hurricane and Severe Weather Policy
In the event of a hurricane or severe weather warning affecting Flagler County or the attendee’s location, the event will be rescheduled or credits/refunds offered. Official weather "warnings" must be issued for either Flagler County or the county of the attendee's residence. "Watches" do not apply.
8. Health-Related Cancellations
If you are unable to attend an event due to illness or other health-related reasons, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) that prevent us from hosting an event, we will reschedule or offer credits for future events.
10. Non-Transferability
Event tickets and service bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.

Return and Refund Policy
At The Gathering Place and The Resonance Gallery, we value your participation and support. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for events, private services, and payments, including special considerations for severe weather events and cash payments.
1. Event Tickets and Services
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for event tickets or services at The Gathering Place or The Resonance Gallery will only be granted if the event is canceled by us or in case of an unforeseen issue on our part.
- Non-Attendance: If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us at least 7 days before the event to discuss credit options for future events. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
- Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be applied to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, please contact us for a credit or refund.
2. Digital Products and Services
- Non-Refundable: All digital content, including downloadable material and virtual services (e.g., online workshops, classes, etc.), is non-refundable once the content or service has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Private Services Deposit and Cancellations
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all private services. This deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable unless the service is canceled by us.
- For private services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.
4. Cash Payments at the Door
- We accept cash payments at the door for certain events. If you choose to pay in cash, please arrive early to complete the payment process before the event begins.
- Refunds for cash payments: If you pay in cash at the door and the event is subsequently canceled, you will be offered either a full refund in cash or a credit toward a future event.
5. Hurricane and Severe Weather Policy
- In the event of a hurricane or severe weather warning impacting Flagler County or the attendee's location, we will reschedule the event or offer credits/refunds to attendees. Official weather warnings must have been issued for either Flagler County or the county of the attendee’s residence.
- If an event is canceled due to a hurricane, you will be given the option to attend on the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us to request a refund or a credit for future events.
- Safety is our priority, and we will follow local guidelines regarding event cancellations during hurricanes or severe weather.
6. How to Initiate a Refund or Credit Request

- We will respond within 3 business days to review your request.
7. Force Majeure
